This fantastic women's only tri was held in York, PA on 6-28-09, and the course consists of a 500 meter swim, a 15 mile bike ride, and a 5K run. To all the women who competed, congratulations! For any woman considering a first try at a tri, York is the place to be on the last Sunday of June!
